At the end of July I was away on holiday as I remembered that our health insurance policy was about to lapse. Eager not to let there be a break in cover I contacted the Hennelly Finance office to renew the policy (via hotel wifi by the pool) without any issue everything was sorted. One of the policies in question had a query on it, a while after it was taken out quite a few years ago and we had been informed that it had been underwritten. When Helena looked into this it has not been sorted like we thought and after considerable work by her office a figure had been agreed much higher than had been originally given. Having called to our house many times Helena went through different pension & investment options with us. Basically what I am saying is that we will be much better off when we get to Retirement because of Helena’s work.
