Hennelly Finance – Competitions Terms and Conditions  

Competitions are strictly open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Hennelly Finance employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are exempt from entering.

Our opening and closing dates will be declared and entries submitted after the specified closing date will not be included unless an extension has been officially announced by Hennelly Finance.

When promoting a competition, we will clearly display the prize(s) on offer & the guidelines to enter. There is no cash alternative and our decision on the winner is final.

By participating in Hennelly Finance promotional activities/competitions, you thereby agree to the terms and conditions as outlined.

Winners are selected at random on the date specified from the participants who have correctly submitted their entry.

By entering our promotions, participants understand the following conditions:

1. 1. 1. Hennelly Finance reserve the right to withdraw or amend a competition in the event of any unanticipated situations outside of the company’s reasonable control.
      2. Hennelly Finance and its’ agents/partners accept no responsibility for complications experienced when entering any competition on either our website or social media accounts.
      3. Our decision on the winner is final and there will be no further correspondence regarding the prize(s).
      4. Hennelly Finance have the right to reselect another winner where a contestant has breached our terms and conditions.
      5. Hennelly Finance reserve the right to reselect another winner if the contestant has not contacted us within a 24-hour period.
      6. Hennelly Finance are not accountable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.
      7. Only one entry per person will be counted. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications that are automatically generated by a computer will in no circumstances be accepted.
      8. Hennelly Finance reserve the right to seek out and issue publicity on behalf of the participants. By entering the competition, the entrants agree to partake in all publicity as reasonably requested as a direct result of winning the prize.
      9. Proof of identity to verify your age may be requested.
      10. Hennelly Finance have the right to contact entrants in relation to other competitions it runs, or to market products / services that may be of interest to the participant. If, at any time, entrants no longer wish to be contacted for the purposes above, the participant can contact us and we will remove the entrant from our contact list.

Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn and Hennelly Finance release Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn of all liability in relation to our promotions. Participants are providing information to Hennelly Finance and not to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
